Our Story
alisachni is as a shared dream between two friends, united by a common vision and set of values which framed our way of living. Natassa and Thanos, always believed in creating something that would get people together, inspire them, and celebrate beauty in life in all its forms.
Born from our passion for creativity and sincerity, alisachni is where art, emotion, and connection harmonize. Each piece of art and crafted drink reflects our dedication to this vision. alisachni has become what we envisioned, a place for gathering, inspiration, and authentic beauty.
Built with love and purpose, alisachni invites you not just as guests but as part of our story, a space where art speaks to the soul, flavors delight the senses, and every visit feels like coming home. For us, alisachni is more than an art gallery and lounge bar; it reflects who we are and what we believe.
This is our story, and now, it’s yours too.

Natassa Nikoletou
The Artist
Natassa began her creative exploration in painting and sculpture in the year 1987 in Athens, Greece. Despite having started her education with the famous sculptor Gripari, she considers herself an autodidact. Self-taught, she continuously reinvents and perfects her style and artistic method. Her sculptures are usually crafted from aluminum and bronze, often blending these materials into her paintings, creating dynamic and multidimensional works.
Natassa has participated in group and individual exhibitions in Greece and abroad. Some of her notable solo exhibitions include: "Short Journey", Nafplio (2008), “Vehicle Love", Athens (2010), "Brightness Dark", Acropolis area, Athens (2018). Her work, both paintings and sculptures, is featured in private collections throughout Greece and internationally, underscoring her broad appeal and the universal resonance of her art.
In 2018, she moved from Athens' historic Acropolis area, where years before she had already opened an independent art gallery, to the island of Santorini. Here, she creates, curates, and exhibits her own works but also presents an amazing selection of works from other famous Greek artists, thus encouraging a lively, fertile artistic community.
Natassa remains an exceptionally influential figure within the contemporary Greek art scene, with all sorts of variegated materials combined in innovative ways and her dedication to both tradition and modernity.

Thanos Papathanasiou
Master of all trades, with more air miles than a pilot
A true Virgo™, Thanos is the ultimate planner, known for color coded holiday calendars and detailed itineraries. His Libra side makes him effortlessly charming, winning over everyone, including their pets. His passion is to arrange those faraway tropical trips, he loves meeting new people, and enjoying adventure. Despite his ultra careful nature, Thanos also has a fun-loving spirit and a flair for style, with his home often likened to a luxury hotel.
Thanos began his academic studies in Thessaloniki, studying Journalism & Mass Media, mastering the art of storytelling. He then moved to Madrid for an MSc in Mass Media Communication, honing his Spanish and landing his first marketing job in TV ¡Olé!
After making some waves in marketing, he pursued an Executive MBA in Athens because even the Greek gods were like, “Hey, buddy, it's time for an executive upgrade!” He ventured into television, advertising, and financial services, finding that pitching soap operas was a lot like pitching soap and finance—just with fancier suits and fewer cliffhangers.
Having traveled to more than 50 countries, visited big cities and tropical jungles, hanged around sandy exotic beaches, and taken in diverse cultures, Thanos chose to relocate to the most beautiful island, the one which stole his heart-Santorini. He is proud co-owner of alisachni, a dream come true guided by the spirit of Greek "meraki ". He wants to make sunsets so Instagrammable that even filters might get jealous, and leave his mark not through force (he’s not that Thanos), but by offering the world new adventures and good vibes.
